And welcome! My name is Sonia Rodriguez, a.k.a Sage Spirit! I feel very blessed to have discovered the beautiful city of Encinitas, Ca. It has supported me during my spiritual awakening, allowed me to heal, and continues to do so. In turn, I've learned how to hold space for others who need healing as well.
My Story
In 2019 Sonia completed a 100-hour Foundations of Sound Healing Certification through the Soul of Yoga. She was able to learn from some of the best sound-healing instructors. After completing the program Sonia decided to pursue sound healing full-time.
In 2021 Sonia, her husband, and two out of three children transplanted from Vacaville, CA to Encinitas, CA. In March of 2022, She began collaborating with the Sacred Sound Of The Soul by providing weekly Sound Healings at the temple featuring Crystal Tones Alchemy Bowls.
In May 2022 Sonia earned her 200 Hatha Yoga Teacher Training Certificate through the Soul Of Yoga Institute and continues to pursue her education in Gentle, Yin and Restorative Yoga.
Since November of 2022, Sonia has taught a number dance, meditation and movement classes at the Soul Of Yoga. From Dance Cardio World Rhythms to Meditation, Mantra & Movement!
In February of 2022, Sonia completed Foundations of Healing Touch® through Healing Beyond Borders.
Sonia is currently a student at the Spiritual Arts Institute, located in Encinitas California. She received her Metaphysicians Certificate through the school after 2 years and she has aspirations to achieve a Direct Divine Light Healing Certificate come December 2025. Sonia has been meditating with the Divine Light for 6 years. The practice is based on the concept that one has the power to change circumstances in their life by working with light rays that carry specific attributes to help attract change in your aura and ultimately in your life! .
Sonia continues to draw upon her experience from her years of education, teaching and training to create a safe and inviting enviornment that helps foster a connection to mind, body, and spirit and soul.
